Biannual Onsite Checkup · 2 Hours Each

Twice a year, in person, in LA metro. Full diagnostic walkthrough — power, clock, signal path, monitoring, patchbay, environmental. Verifying everything is still operating to spec, not just looking at what's broken.

Maintained Documentation

Your room's signal flow, patchbay map, and gear inventory live in a shared Drive folder. Updated when things change. You always know what's connected to what — useful for staff turnover, insurance, or anyone new to the room.

Bench Priority on Repairs

When you bring something in for repair, it jumps the public queue. Faster turnaround, prioritized scheduling — you're not waiting in line behind a stranger's broken pedal.

First-Dibs on Shop Gear

Members get notified ahead of public listings when gear comes through the shop — restored vintage pieces, customer trade-ins, in-house builds. Member pricing where applicable.

End-of-Month Status Email

Last business day of each month, a short note: what was checked, what's flagged, hours used. No surprises, no wondering whether the program is alive.
