i. — Who It's For

Facilities where downtime isn't an option.

Multi-room facilities, label-owned rooms, broadcast and post-production houses, educational facilities, and large operations with technical complexity beyond what a fixed monthly plan can scope. If you have multiple rooms, multiple engineers, ongoing build-outs, or staff that needs technical support — this is the engagement that handles it.

ii. — Scope of Engagement

Embedded, not external.

Dedicated Response & Scheduled Onsite Presence

Defined per facility — could be twice-weekly visits, dedicated days, or on-call presence. Built around how your operation actually runs.

24/7 Session-Day Priority Dispatch

Defined response window for session-critical failures, around the clock. Whether it's mid-tracking on a Tuesday morning or a Sunday-night overdub, the call gets returned and the issue gets addressed.

Bench Priority · Immediate

Facility repair work is treated as ongoing operational support — same day onto the bench, no separate intake process, no queue.

First-Dibs on Shop Gear

Facility-wide notifications ahead of public listings when gear comes through the shop. First refusal at member pricing on anything that fits your rooms.

Infrastructure Planning & Expansion Consulting

Long-term roadmap for the facility. New rooms, new tech, lifecycle planning for existing systems. We're at the table when decisions get made, not after.

Procurement & Equipment Lifecycle Management

Sourcing, negotiating, evaluating, and tracking gear across the facility. Replacement schedules, warranty management, vendor coordination.

Staff Technical Training & Onboarding

New engineers, assistants, and producers brought up to speed on the facility's systems. Documented workflows so the institutional knowledge doesn't walk out the door with turnover.

Installation Oversight & Emergency Response

When new gear comes in or new rooms get built, we manage the integration. When something fails, we're the first call — and we already know everything.

Annual Roadmap & Asset Management

Year-over-year tracking of every system, calibration, replacement, and upgrade. The kind of operational record that makes facilities easier to run, easier to insure, and easier to value.

iii. — Why It Works

Strategic, not reactive.

Embedded, Not External

We're not a vendor you call. We're part of how the facility operates. Different relationship, different outcomes.

Continuity Through Turnover

Engineers come and go. Documented systems and ongoing technical partnership mean nothing critical leaves with them.

One Throat to Choke

Instead of managing five vendors, one internal tech, and tracking everything yourself — we run the technical operation as a coordinated system.

Front-Foot Operations

Annual roadmaps, lifecycle planning, procurement strategy. Operating a facility on the front foot rather than firefighting.

How We Scope It

On Staff engagements are quoted per facility based on the work involved. Initial conversation covers:

  • Number of rooms, current technical setup, infrastructure age
  • Operational pace — sessions per week, build-outs planned, staff size
  • Existing technical staff and how we'd integrate
  • Response and presence cadence required
  • Active projects, deadlines, or known pain points

From there we propose a scope and a monthly fee. Most engagements run between $3,000 and $10,000+ per month depending on facility size and presence required.

iv. — Terms

Plain language.

Billing

Negotiated per engagement. Monthly or quarterly invoicing.

Term

Typically 12-month commitment with annual review.

Notice

60 days written notice for non-renewal.

Travel

Within LA metro included. Beyond, scoped per engagement.

The premise.

For studios where downtime isn't an option,
and the technical operation deserves to be planned, not reacted to.
